In Step 1, you'll collaborate with our project managers and evaluate your product needs. It helps to share your expectations and set a preliminary budget. Together you'll identify location conditions, site access, and ultimately choose a solution.
Step 2 is all about brainstorming and visualizing a design for your shade project. Preliminary designs will be conceptualized and made practical. And, Tenshon can provide a digital rendering of what your project could look like when completed.
In Step 3, related terms, conditions, and the scope of the project are defined. Commitments and responsibilities are reviewed and a manufacturing agreement is executed.
In Step 4, specifications and details are defined. Measurements are taken and sizing is confirmed. Force loads and structural limitations are determined, and upon satisfaction of a professional engineer, sealed drawings are obtained.
Phase 1 of Step 5 involves the in-house steel fabrication. Steel columns are cut and welded for your custom dimensions, and finished according to the engineering documents. In Phase 2 the fabric membranes are cut and sewn with precision for just the right fit.
Step 6 involves final attachment point measurements and a review of timelines. Local projects may be installed by Tenshon a crew and for distant projects Tenshon can provide installation support. Finally, maintenance details are provided.
