Shade Sail Product Sizing

The size of your shade product will affect the type of hardware you will use to connect it. For standard shade sails and similar custom shade sails, turnbuckles and pulleys will work great. Larger shade sails will have corners designed specifically for commercial brackets, which are built to withstand the increased forces and the need for extra take length.

The largest sails we will make with our standard fabric have side lengths no longer than 65 feet. Using a premium, stronger fabric, side lengths top out between 90 and 95 feet. These larger sails will require larger commercial brackets to accommodate for the vastly increased force loads and the need for extra take.
