How to Put a Roman Shade Turnbuckle Through a Grommet

Next: Attach Wire Rope to Turnbuckles

  1. With the roman shade lying flat, remove one threaded eye from one of the turnbuckles.
  2. Insert it through the grommet of the last rib and thread it back into the turnbuckle. Threads should only just begin to enter the open portion of the body, leaving the turnbuckle fully extended.
  3. Repeat the same process for the grommet on the other corner of the rib, on the same side of the roman. This will be referred to as the fixed end.
