I didn’t realize when I ordered there was a 10-15 day requirement to build my sail. I thought I was going to receive my shade in 2-3 days so I sent Tenshon an email and asked if there was anything they could do? I received two phone calls back letting me know they would try to make the delivery so I could have up for Memorial Day party. Sure enough I received my sail. Most impressive were the two phone calls where they made me feel like they really do care!!! Good Customer experience very impressed!!

Residential sail shades are not common in my area so I had many questions about the installation. All my questions were answered well and I felt very confident to tackle this project. Here at Tatum Ranch, we all love the sail shades. They keep the patio cool during the hot temperatures. We love the color of the shades. They are still in great shape for their age, we estimate about nine years. As far as I know, they have held their shape, no adjustments have been made with the connections.
